    It’s easy to just keep throwing things out there and hoping something sticks. However, if you can track and measure what does (and doesn’t) work, you will be far more successful over time. A good real estate agent CRM can give you information about email open rates, click-through rates on links, which listings clients are looking, and more.

    Hi, I am doing intensive research for a CRM and just going in circles at this point so I am reaching out to you! Most important feature to me is having calendar integration so custom emails will automatically be sent out to clients on their birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Client and lead management also important to me. I guess Realty Juggler stands out. Any advice on a CRM you have used that implements these features? Thank you!

    I think Bitrix24 is best real estate crm software. I used this for my small business – I was the only user. Bitrix24 made keeping track of all of my projects and clients a breeze. The interface was user-friendly and there were a surprising amount of features for it to be free. It was a great tool to use!
