Ever notice how even the #1 athletes, musicians, actors and business people in the world have coaches? If they are the best why would they need coaching?Personally I have found, most would not be the best if:
a) They did not have quality coaching on the way to the top and
b) They were not continually tweaking and improving their game.

My background includes building a highly successful real estate team at a very young age which includes setting many records that I only mention so you know I have something to offer.
In addition, at a very young age I became a partner in Royal LePage Kelowna, a realty firm with a couple hundred realtors.
My years as an owner have taught me key lessons in managing, recruiting and providing real estate coaching to my realtors to be at the top of their game.
For all you Real Estate Agency owners I also discovered what it takes to market and build a business into a highly successful business asset. Although I have achieved high levels as both a realtor and an owner I have always seen the importance of coaching in my own life. To this day I place incredible value on the people in my life who watch over me both personally and professionally. These people are a large reason why I have something to teach you today.
